How it Works

It’s so simple…Fill out the Pickup request form on this website or contact us at 212.671.1946. We will setup your account and get your preferences, e.g. starch level in shirts, request for collar stays and clips, etc. That’s it!

For future pickups, choose the method that you’re most comfortable with. Call us, use the Pickup Request Form on our website or send an email from your computer or smartphone to upperwest@toddlaynecleaners.com .

Please note that we are only servicing Doorman Buildings on the Upper West Side at this time.

Pickup/Delivery Days

Pickups and Deliveries are done every Tuesday and Friday. Simply put, garments that are picked up on Tuesday will be delivered back on Friday. Garments that are picked up on Friday will be delivered back the following Tuesday. This gives us the appropriate amount of time to make pickups/deliveries and effectively clean your garments. It also allows us to make fewer trips to your building, which saves the environment and our costs of doing business. These savings are passed on to you, our valued customer.
