Pickup/Deliveries*

To schedule your first pickup, fill out the Schedule Pickup request form on this website,
or contact us at (212) 671-1946. We will call you to setup your account and get your
credit card information and preferences, e.g. starch level in shirts, request for collar stays,
soap for wash & fold, etc. That’s it.

For future doorman pickups, choose the method that you’re most comfortable with. Call us, use the
pickup request form on our website or send an email to uppereast@toddlaynecleaners.com.

In order to improve our service to non-doorman buildings, please note that our policies have changed. Kindly call the store to arrange for your pickup or delivery. We will schedule a window of approximately one to two hours, based on your location. We are no longer scheduling deliveries at the time that your pickup is requested. For morning delivery requests, please contact the store the evening before. For afternoon and evening deliveries, please call the store the morning of the requested delivery day. We are no longer accepting cash payments at the time of delivery; a credit card must be on file for each customer. If we attempt to make a pickup or delivery at the requested time and you are not home, a service charge of $9.95 will be charged to your account.

Upper East Side – 62nd to 96th Street (East River to 5th Ave.)

Pickups and Deliveries are available Monday thru Sunday.

Doorman Buildings – $20 Minimum Order or $5.95 Service Charge
Non-Doorman Buildings – $35 Minimum Order or $9.95 Service Charge

All other areas of Manhattan

We are in the process of expanding our delivery radius. If you live outside of the Upper East Side and have an order of $100 or more, please contact our store and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Monday-Friday: 8.00 am – 8.00 pm
Saturday: 10.00 am – 6.00 pm
Sunday: 10.00 am – 5.00 pm
